Fixed an issue causing an incomplete list of Strava Live Segments to sync
Fixed a long-time issue where sensor screen settings could fail to save if the rider had both Bluetooth and ANT+ sensors configured
Current elevation is again available in the Profile selector
Fixed a problem where elevation view could noticeably drift out of alignment on longer routes - this fix requires riders to edit the routes that have exhibited this behavior
